There was a room a darkroom
In that darkroom, we made dada art
We used emulsion to make our photo
Silver nitrate made it possible

No negatives in stock
When art comes and knocks

World of an Empty Paper
ReplyDeleteOutside the Kodak box
A blank sheet of paper
No contrast resides on it
Empty with no sympathy
Like the Dada
Sitting there unaccepted
For a while
No exposure to the sun
Like a little light in a darkroom
May the silver nitrate burn
An image of light or dark
If not careful
Even light writing will ruin
With a tear and no light
Outside the Kodak box
~Allissa Taylor
I used a Kodak Camera Lens. To make my dream come true. I video taped it and yes there was no negative exposure. Music, Music, is my life. Music is my passion. Music is my 1 and only Fashion. Music makes time worthwhile. Music makes me smile.

My photogram
ReplyDeletemade in the darkroom

But it is not

than that.

With a darkroom, some toys,
ReplyDeleteA scanner, and a girl or boys,
And exposure to stop and developer,
And a negative picture,
The creation of a dada is made,
Made possible by Man Ray.

Jose Zazueta,
ReplyDeleteLight wrighting in the dark room
is like a night mare. When i do
emulsion i always mess up so
Man Ray taught me how to do a photogram
a lot better. But when i tried to do a photogram
something happened
I worked hard in the Dark Room,
ReplyDeleteSo glad I didn't go "BOOM!"
I made Scanography & Photograms like DaDa,
But your lucky i didn't sing "RaRa"!
Who's this, ohhhh, Man Ray!
Trust me, he didnt fly away!
The photogram that is contrast,
ReplyDeleteMade from the daarkroom,
It developed from sun drawing,
Comes from emulsion and can be DaDa,
And all have exposure the light,
And the chemicals are all Kodak

ReplyDeleteIn the photo gram what I see
Clouds on a dark dada night
A bird or a plane is what I see
A full moon as bright as it could be
So thats my story
What do you see
Deasia Gates
ReplyDeleteIn this DADA photogram
I see a few leaves
that looks like a exposure of trees
In a darkroom so you cant see
theres a finger and a medal
but dosent look like it to me
Treasure Manning
ReplyDeletei made a photo gram in the dark room
it was a little scary

ReplyDeleteIn the darkroom making a photogram
with the In Use light lit up.
With the red lights on then exposing
the paper to the one white light.
Then dip it in the first chemical
and let emulsion take place
then you have a photogram!
In my Dada dreams
ReplyDeleteI am Man Ray
No lens, no negative
Alas, my photogram does say
Emulsion, you fail me!
Ms. Mahan
Haters gonna hate
ReplyDeleteI got that silver nitrate

In my negative dreams.
ReplyDeleteI hurt man ray
We did the killing in the camera obescera
I took pictures with my kodak
In my negative dreams me and sponge bob killed Man Ray.
ReplyDeleteAnd then we went to the darkroom ice cream stand.
Then Patrick came with his camera obscure and we had a blast.

My negative nightmare.

My photogram poem (Brandon Rivard)
ReplyDeleteIt is a mark
A mark like Lewis and Clark
This symbol has been on earth
ever since its birth
It is the mark of the cats
and it has a simple format
they are always on the prowl
but almost never do they cowl
It is like the mark of the wild
for those who have defiled
you can tame the mark and the cat
then they might become fat
the wild
would become mild
there is no need to be upset
so don't fret
now you can take one as your own
because they have become known
in this world some are gone
so they would never re spawn
all now know peace
so it all ends when they release
the mark stands for cats so treat them so they aren't flat
we are done
so go on and have fun
Photogram Poem
ReplyDeleteI made a NEGATIVE,
I used EMULSION.
I stuck it in my book,
and it ripped it.
Some people call it LIGHT WRITING,
I call it a PHOTOGRAM.

Poem
A photo-gram is made by
Camera Obscura
Which means darkroom in Latin
It comes out as a negative
Man Ray invented these photos using Silver Nitrate, Developer, and Emulsion
To capture the images of life
Gareth's poem
ReplyDeleteWalk in the darkroom blind,
Holding the old lens of my eyes
The photogram also shows my old hobby
the foam we used to shoot at each other
as exposure changed the paper
I remembered being exposed to the new
From gasses to contacts,
from Nerf to airsoft
like how light affected the silver nitrate
life affected me
Isaiah Simmons
ReplyDeletePhoto grams spark your day with grams and photos
within the darkroom A dog and his friend
not negative but positive in many ways with exposure
like the man of Ray

ReplyDeleteMy childhood memories I remember and start to see
Remembering this moment, I create my photogram
I enter the darkroom that must have no light cam
I use emulsion to start my photo and see

ReplyDeleteI couldn't develop without the dark room
Emulsion can not be exposed
Alas I am but not broken am I
The dark room helped me it did
The mystery room has another name
The camera obscure has hidden its ways
Man Ray can not compare when emulsion will not appear
~Hannah Longaberger
DADA means nothing
ReplyDeleteThe dark room I go
Emulsion, emulsion creates it
It is a PHOTOGRAM
Cherries, a flower, and glass
Home to nature
It explains me
For I am alone
Silver nitrate
And exposure
To light
DADA means nothing
So DADA means me
-IP (ravenmind)
my photogram
